The Challenge

Creating a scalable fast food delivery platform capable of managing operations across 19 states with multiple locations. The platform needed to handle order processing, inventory management, pricing variations, transaction processing, and provide admin staff with comprehensive tools for day-to-day operations management.

The Solution

Developed a robust Laravel and PHP-based platform with comprehensive CMS capabilities. Built frontend for customer ordering, backend API for order processing, and admin CMS for staff to manage orders, fulfillment, inventory, pricing, and transactions. Implemented multi-location support enabling centralized management with location-specific operations.
